Bannerfix Duo Setup

Bannerfix Duo is made up of two (4 pieces) fibre glass rod side supports which will be under tension when the panel is attached. The panel is looped at the top and bottom for the aluminium panel holders to slide into.

There are two side supports - To assemble a side support start off by placing the steel foot component on the floor then insert the two poles with a sleeve each end. Next insert the other two poles with the single sleeved ends. You will need to bring the two poles together to make the ends meet up with the plastic header component.

It is often best to do the next part with an accomplice who can hold the 2 side supports whilst you attach the graphic panel, but if you are alone don't worry you can still easily set it up as I show you in the following pictures.

To hang the panel, insert the panel holder into the front notch of the header component on one side support. Whilst supporting the rolled panel in the middle take the other side support and locate the pole into the notch of the head component so that the panel holder and panel are held securely and the panel can now be lowered into the correct position as shown below. 

The graphic may now be carefully unrolled down to the base taking care not to kink or dimple the panel.

Align the panel holders either side with the middle notch on the foot making sure the feet are equally spaced in proportion to the top of the system. Holding the bottom of the graphic panel pull it forward until the holder clicks into place in the front notch. The framework will flex slightly whilst attaching the the panel to the feet. This is to achieve the required tension to keep the panel taught and give maximum stability to the system.

If you have followed the directions correctly the panel should sit in an inclined position as shown. 

Taking down the Bannerfix

To take down the Bannerfix just reverse the set-up procedure.

TIP: When rolling the panels roll from bottom to top so they are the right way up for the next use.
