Expo
display products in the early days
In the early days (1989) Expo UK had Expostar, Expofix, Easy Counter and the Swiss Skyline Folding Panel System. Over the years the choice of portable display systems has gown immensely, starting with the magnetic version of Expofix and Expostar. In the early 90’s this was quite revolutionary and proof of that is how many versions are available today. In the last 6 years, banner stands whether freestanding or rollup banner stands have taken a very large place in our range or portable display products, a major factor of this is the portability of them no matter whether they are rollup of free standing banners, the popularity of many now undercover Shopping Malls had led to many extra small indoor promotion facilities. Another popular portable
product is collapsible literature
stands, there was not much of a choice
in the early days, but now the range is enormous and caters for not just
A4 literature but A5 and A3 to mention just a few. Portable
counter systems also play a large part in large or small
promotions, and the Expo Counterfix system is based upon the same
concept as our Prestige magnetic popup system, but due to Expo’s
unique horizontal struts and endcap struts, our Counterfix can take up
to 50kg in weight, it is as modular as the Prestige magnetic
popup stand,
where graphic or loop nylon panels or both at the same time can be used. More recently, the latest new products have been for outdoor use, here in the UK whilst the portable display systems market had been growing, development for portable outdoor presentations were not really concentrated on – maybe something to do with our weather! However, the range is growing and it started with Outdoor Banner Stands, of which there is now quite a choice and the good news now is we have a robust outdoor Counter system, which is being developed more and more.
