Your questions answered on pop-up displays
Are
your popup displays flexible? We will be exhibiting at many different
sized events throughout the year so we require various exhibition stand sizes
using the same kit.
Instead of having one large
stand, go for the linked single systems. Prestige combo
popup stands give you maximum flexibility for different stand
spaces. For large Exhibition stands Prestige modular
stands are the answer. Expo pop-up magnetic connector struts are standard and so are the
panel sizes, so whether you connect at a 90-degree angle, a 45-degree
or straight you do not have to change your panels.
I
have seen many pop-up display stands in shopping centres and service
stations and the endcap panels have fallen off where people have
brushed past them, is this the kind of look I really want?
Prestige has endcap magnetic
struts, which support these panels to ensure this doesn't happen. Please
view our pop-up display comparison.
I do not like
magnetic popup systems as I find them difficult to set up and there are too
many components.
Expo manufactures several different non-magnetic pop-up display stands
which use a clip and band mounting component to attach the panels.
Expofix Standard, Promofix Standard and Expostar. These pop
up display systems are
extremely lightweight and easy to set up.
The pop-up
display looks very tall
and the ceiling in our building is
only 2.3 metres tall.
Have a look at the Promofix pop-up display stand
and our quick popup display especially
designed for height restricted areas.
Can I use
fabric panels?
Fabric loop nylon panels are compatible with all Expo display
systems except the rollupfix banner stand. view
some example of fabric loop panel display stands here
How
heavy is the pop-up display when packed?
Did you know that the maximum weight that any one person should be
allowed to carry by law is 25kg. Many companies supply a complete
exhibition system in one large case which is extremely difficult to
lift and transport. At Expo we pack the pop-up systems into several
drums or cases to avoid any injuries or discomfort, and to stay within
health and safety regulations.
Can
the magnetic struts lose their magnetism? The graphic
panels on my system are difficult to hang and keep falling off.
Magnets will never stop working as long as there is a north and
south pole. Please read the instructions supplied with the system and
ensure that you are hanging the panel in the right place. If you are
still having problems please call for advice. If you have just
purchased new panels from a non Expo company find out if they have
applied the correct magnetic tape.
Why should I
use Expo magnetic tape when I renew my graphic panels?
It is essential that only Expo magnetic tape should be used when
renewing panels due to matching polarity of the struts.
What are the
panel sizes for my Expo system?
Popup sizes vary in size and shape so first you need to define which of our systems you have. If you
are not sure give us a call and we will be able to determine this by
the appearance of the frame etc.
In what format
should I supply my artwork and graphic designs?
Please view this page - artwork specifications for
popup display graphics.
Can the case or drum
be converted to a plinth?
Yes the drum on castors which
contains the frame and panels may be converted to a small plinth with
extra topplates and a wrap around panel. More information on the popup drum
conversion can be found here.
What is the lead time to produce my
exhibition graphic
panels?
Normally 4 to 5 working days from receipt of order and proof
approval. Of course we can produce them in a much shorter lead time
depending upon the production capacity at the time. We endeavor to be
as flexible as possible.
My
popup system is damaged and I have some
components missing?
Popup displays can be repaired and out for dispatch the same day. If the stand is
outside the UK we will notify the nearest Expo partner to you
